Job Description
- Drive IVD Sales Result by means of providing academic support and train sales team/ distributors / accounts including their employees. It is inherent to this role the creation of presentation material with guidance and collaboration with the Global or Region, cascade and Perform product presentation.
- Perform in account profiling, KOL Development , Demand Creation and generate leads via Regular coverage / Fieldwork and convention manning.
- Receive and respond to technical inquiries from customers (distributors,accounts)
- Manage and solve customers complaints on application-related matters (distributors , accounts)
- Prepare customer bulletin and troubleshooting letters for distribution to customers on application related updates and issues.
- Collaborate with Field Service Engineer to promptly resolve technical and application related issues.
