Sales and Client Services Associate

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Promotion

• Facilitate campaigns and initiatives to generate new leads, improve sales conversion, and enhance the customer experience
• Promote and offer COL products and services— including the COL Strategic Growth Fund (CSG), COL Equity Index Fund (CEIF), and other key offerings— to prospective and existing clients
• Support the organization and facilitation of company events and financial literacy activities

Account Opening & Onboarding

• Manage the completion, review, and approval of account applications, ensuring timely funding and progression to the first investment or trade
• Provide responsive assistance to customer inquiries via walk-ins, email, or phone, ensuring clear communication and professional support

Reporting & Data Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all sales CRM platforms
