Sales and CRM Operations Assistant

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Sales & CRM Support Assistant with strong CRM experience and advanced Excel skills to directly support the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working with large datasets, maintaining CRM accuracy, and producing reliable sales reports.

What You'll Do

• Own and maintain CRM data, including customer records, product details, and sales information
• Support the sales team daily through accurate order entry, allocations, and bulk uploads
• Build, update, and maintain sales reports using advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning)
• Validate, clean, and reconcile data across CRM, sales, and internal systems
• Ensure CRM and sales data accuracy to support forecasting and decision-making
