Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management
• Gain access to the company email and actively monitor new inquiries.
• Be available for pre-scheduled sales calls booked via Calendly.
• Lead confident, engaging, and well-structured 15–25 minute calls.
• Present our training programs clearly, including pricing, content, format, and schedule.
• Handle objections with empathy and professionalism to close the sale.
• Maintain accurate records of each lead and call (CRM)
• Follow up with undecided leads within 24–48 hours.
• Meet (or exceed) the monthly sales target.
- Customer Support & Ongoing Communication
• Respond to current clients' questions (access issues, missed emails, technical
problems).
• Coordinate with the CEO when needed to handle specific cases.
