Job description
IO Solutions Contact Center is looking for candidates who enjoy challenges and love helping customers over the phone. Under the supervision of the Team Leader, the full-time Sales and Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing on-the-phone quality customer service and meeting productivity targets. Please note that this position requires working onsite from one of our offices in the following locations:
Montreal, QC

Fredericton, NB

Charlottetown, PEI
