Sales and Customer Support

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing

• Conduct client presentations, site visits and service briefings.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Manage company marketing materials (company profile, brochures, presentations)
• Handle social media and digital presence.

Customer Support

• Handle client complaints and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain organized client database
• Conduct post-service check-ins to ensure the FDAS or Lift is operating perfectly and the client is satisfied

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or any related field.
• At least 1 year and above experience in technical sales or customer support
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented and detailed oriented.
