The Sales and Market Development Manager is responsible for achieving the TPU sales target, providing technical support to customers by co-working with technical functions, defining and implementing the Key Account plans, and identifying and commercializing in new markets/applications to support the sustainable growth.
Major Tasks & responsibilities:
Support on define and implement sales strategies and plans and swiftly adjust approach when needed. 
Provide accurate sales forecasting and deliver the set volume and margin targets.
