SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT

Job Description
- Handle client relationships and follow-ups using effective communication skills
- Prepare, submit, and manage bidding documents, proposals, and quotations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and technical details
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through client engagement
- Support negotiations and assist in closing deals
- Maintain organized records of bids, clients, and sales activities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in sales, preferably in Power, Solar, Telco, or Construction Industry
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in bidding processes and client handling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Keen to details
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
