Sales and Marketing Exec

Responsibilities

• Work from office for sales activities through email and phone (no remote work).
• Manage PO/LO from Private and government, respond to client requests, following up, and everything else related to sales.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and receipts.
• Work with the sales team to spot and pursue opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• Coordinate and manage the full internal after-sales workflow.
• Keep the company database updated, accurate, and well-organized.
• Support other sales-related duties as needed, including ad-hoc tasks.
• Conduct cold-calling activities when required.

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or Master's qualification is welcome. If you're uncomfortable speaking on the phone, this role may not be suitable.
• Familiarity with the postgraduate research journey and research frameworks (Master's/PhD) is an added advantage.
