Client Relationship Support

• Respond to inbound inquiries and gather client intel.
• Prep reports & slide decks for meetings.
• Help track account health and ensure client smiles.

Sales & Business Development

• Research target industries and spot fresh opportunities.
• Assist with lead generation, qualification, and follow-ups.
• Join prospect calls, jot notes, and keep momentum alive.

Admin & Ops

• Keep CRM data squeaky-clean.
