Our client a well established National Discount Retailer with head off ice based in Maryland, NSW Is looking for an experienced full-time Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team to manage and coordinate sales and marketing campaigns and sales objectives across the business. This role will involve the following duties but not limited to:

The Key responsibilities:
Motivate and guide sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team objectives.
Develop, plan, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies to enhance sales, profitability and brand awareness,
Set sales targets and supervise the development and implementation of sales strategies to maximise an organisation’s sales and customer loyalty
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
