Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales Team to achieve revenue and performance targets
• Manage enterprise and key government/private sector accounts
• Oversee proposal development, pricing strategies, negotiations, and contract closures
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and value creation

Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

• Lead integrated marketing initiatives to strengthen ACLT and MyPrimeHR brand visibility
• Oversee marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, and digital channels
• Work closely with product and technical teams to position solutions effectively in the market
• Ensure consistent messaging aligned with company values and market positioning
