Job Description
- Lead and manage sales activities in Power, Solar, Telco, or Construction projects
- Develop and execute sales strategies based on industry experience and market trends
- Manage and grow key client accounts using strong negotiation and relationship skills
- Guide team to improve performance and meet targets
- Identify new business opportunities and oversee large or strategic bids
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years experience in Power, Solar, Telco, or Construction industry
- Proven background in managing sales teams and major client accounts
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze market data and drive revenue growth
