Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist

To enable our growth, we're looking for a Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist to join our global and diverse team on-site in our Helsinki office. This is a fixed-term role until the end of June, starting as soon as we find the right person.
In this role you'll run our sales and marketing operations end-to-end: segmentation, workflows, email automation, data hygiene, and dashboards, making sure our marketing and sales teams can execute campaigns and follow-up smoothly. You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve lead handling, nurture flows, and overall go-to-market execution — plus support selected marketing operations tasks as needed.
