Check the attendance of Account Supervisors and coordinators against the approved itinerary.
Analyze and evaluate support letters , sales event invitations, calendar of sales events and the likes from dealers prior to submission to the immediate head along with recommendations.
Prepare and submit letters to dealers such as promotion letter, price adjustments, price lists and the likes.
Monitor the implementation of promotions, sale events, online programs and social media activities as per approval and requirements.
In-charge in all activities for social media account.
In-charge in all activities related to online selling platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
Monitor request of display fixtures as well as fabrication and movement.
Closely coordinate with other departments for smooth work process.
