Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies for plastic injection molding and mold manufacturing services.
• Identify new business opportunities in automotive, electronics, consumer goods, medical, and industrial sectors.
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Production Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with tooling, design, and production departments to ensure timely mold development and injection production.
• Develop production schedules based on customer orders and capacity planning.
• Monitor order progress from inquiry to final delivery.
• Ensure optimal utilization of machines, molds, and manpower.
