• Coverage to target doctors and hospital staff, and submits written report and recommendations
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by phone, post, email and where appropriate in a timely manner
• Manages assigned territory with the goal of maximizing sales, achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets
• Conducts product presentations and demonstrations
• Performs after-sales-service
• Develops and maintains strong working relationship with clients to create a partnership that yields results and credibility
• Maintains accurate and organized documentation of all clients and their accounts
• Keeps abreast of trends and innovative sales techniques in an effort to maintain a competitive edge
• Handles delivery, collection and inventory check
• Achieves monthly and or quarterly sales quota
