About the Role: 
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs for our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conducting training sessions, fostering skill development, and enhancing team performance. Experience in Sales or Recruiting is preferred but not required. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop, organize, and deliver training programs (virtual and/or in-person) for new hires and existing team members. 

• Assess training needs and customize materials to address specific knowledge or skill gaps.
