This sales and reservation specialist is responsible for managing guest bookings, promoting resort services and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests. This role also support front desk operations including guest registration, billing and handling inquiries, while maintaining accurate records and upholding the resort's standards of service and professionalism.
