Job Overview

The Sales and Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing the property’s overall revenue, occupancy, and profitability through strategic sales planning, pricing optimization, and revenue management. This role oversees corporate, leisure, and long-stay market segments while ensuring alignment with Aruga Apartments’ luxury serviced residence positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Management & Pricing Strategy

• Develop and implement pricing strategies based on demand, seasonality, and market trends.
• Monitor daily occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room), and revenue forecasts.
• Analyze competitor pricing, market demand, and booking pace.
• Manage inventory across all distribution channels (OTA, direct bookings, corporate contracts).
• Recommend rate adjustments, promotions, and packages to maximize revenue.
