As part of the Heart of House team at the Yorkville flagship boutique, the Sales And Stock Support provides administrative and back‑of‑house support to the Fashion Boutique team. The role assists with inventory management, after‑sales tasks, packaging and boutique supplies while maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation. The position requires close collaboration with boutique management, fashion advisors and head office.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain client relationships in person and by phone and respond to internal and external queries promptly.
• Assist on the shop floor as needed, including welcoming clients, presenting collections and escorting clients.
• Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping and delivery of parcels.
• Document and deliver messages to Fashion Advisors in a timely manner and ensure internal memos are posted.
