Position Overview: As a Sales & Application Engineer, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing technical support to customers. Your responsibilities will include establishing new accounts, delivering engineering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service. Job Descriptions:
To establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and services existing accounts.
To provide pre-sales & post-sales technical assistance, service & support.
Responsible to handle customer enquiries and handle customer request for quotations and orders.
Meeting up with customers for the provision of engineering solutions and services and training in accordance to the customers' requirement and product specification with the objective to promote for MayAir Brand.
Responsible for project tender and business proposal preparation and to close the deal effectively.
