Activity:
Head of the Italian head-neck division;
market analysis - analysis of the area and customers, current and potential;
meet both public and private clients, understand their needs and propose technical solutions;
management of purchase negotiations;
coordinate and support the sales force on a national scale;
assign objectives and define incentives.
customer portfolio development;
investigate and propose new solutions and products.
Request:
Many years of experience in the head and neck surgery sector;
excellent technical knowledge of the sector;
technical-commercial propensity;
organizational and sales force management skills;
availability to travel nationally.
