Sales Assistant

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE•A minimum of Senior High School (SHS) certificate; additional training or diploma is an advantage
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems, basic computer applications, and email communication
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent spoken English and strong interpersonal skills
• Good grooming and a professional, friendly demeanor
• Attention to detail and appreciation for quality products
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
• Must be available to work Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail environment
• Must be based in or able to commute to Airport Residential, Accra
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure during peak hours
