Sales Assistant

Full Job Description:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales operations. The successful candidate will assist the sales team in coordinating with clients from shipyards, shipowners, and ship suppliers, while helping expand our presence in the marine and ship equipment market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in coordinating with customers from shipyards, shipowners, and ship suppliers- Support the promotion and sales of marine and ship equipment

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of offers and order processing

• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide after-sales support

• Update and manage customer records and sales reports
