Job Summary
Gomes Sand is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support the MD & Sales Manager a fast-paced construction materials environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, highly organised and confident working with numbers, customers and sales documentation.
The Sales Assistant will play a key support role, assisting the sales team on an ad-hoc basis while ensuring accurate data capture, excellent paperwork management and clear communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the MD & Sales Manager with day-to-day administrative and sales support tasks
Accurately capture sales data, orders and customer information given / sourced
Handle quotations, invoices, delivery notes and related paperwork
