Sales Assistant / Customer Service

Taking customer calls and orders
Generate and processes quotes, purchase orders, and new sales leads as necessary
Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product
Handling outside and inside processing orders
Coordinate logistics
Management of inventory stock for customers
Follow up on payments
Making sales reports
Ability to network and make cold calls to potential prospects
Metal Distribution background is a plus Customer service oriented Positive attitude and proactive
Advance /mid: Bilingual – English- Spanish +90%
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent excel skills
Good typing skills
Experience using commercial software for invoicing is a plus
