Sales Assistant

Position: Sales Assistant

Location: Kwai Chung

Working Hour: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Salary: HKD $20K~$24K/ M

Job Description:

• Prepare sales reports and conduct simple data analysis
• Handle correspondence with existing clients
• Issue invoices and manage general back-office tasks
• Perform general office duties
• Support exhibition activities when necessary

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of work experience
• Native Cantonese speaker with basic English skills
• Japanese language proficiency is an advantage
• Proficiency in Excel/ Pivot table/ Vlookup is a priority
