About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at KF TAN TRADING' in Ipoh, Perak. As a full-time Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the overall operations of our retail store.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Maintaining a tidy and organised store environment
3. Processing sales transactions and handling cash and payments
4. Restocking and merchandising products to ensure a visually appealing store
5. Providing product information and recommendations to customers
6. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
7. Supporting the store manager with administrative tasks as needed
