Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Attend and assist customers, provide product information, and offer advice and guidance on product selection.
• Ensure product visibility, proper product display, and practice FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management.
• Receives incoming goods and stores the delivery and involves in stock control and management.
• Respond and responsible to deal with customer enquiries or complaint and referring the queries to the relevant member of the pharmacy team when necessary.
• Place price tags, keep up to date with special promotions, and set up displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and security at all times.
• Ensure optimal levels for dispensary stock.
• Handle cashiering duties and calculate daily cash flow.
• Plan, monitor, and achieve monthly personal sales target.
