Sales Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily cleaning work of all areas in branch;
• Arrange products for neat and proper product display and presentation;
• Conduct daily stock count for frames and sunglasses when appointed;
• Take charge of cashier counter when appointed;
• Perform duties in the workshop to grind lenses as arranged by supervisor;
• Perform proper filing of forms;
• Receive parcels or documents and does the necessary follow up;
• Attend to all customers at all times;
• Perform proper computerized eye test;
• Provide clear and precise information and specifications to the end users of company's products;
• Fills up the PG/CL Forms completely for customers to facilitate follow up;
• To learn & upgrade all relevant product knowledge and technical skill;
• Provide support during opening and closing of branch.
