Job Description
a) Compilation of Purchase Order According to Its Assignment
b) Upload Orders to Sales Data Base
c) Securing the correctness of data input and update its current status from time to time
d) Coordinate with operation department regarding the documents needed
e) Coordination with logistic regarding order facilitation
f) Validation of Items to be delivered
g) Coordination with the client regarding delivery schedule or other concern
h) Preparation of Daily Activity Reports for reporting purposes
i) Troubleshoot P.O with concern
j) Proper Keeping of assigned related documents
k) Quotation for Labotech Client
l) Answering client inquiries and other related concerns
m) Updating and Uploading products to product Pricelist, Shopee, Facebook
n) Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
