Sales Assistant

For an SME, we are looking for: A sales assistant. Your mission: Assist the sales department and the sales manager in their entirety. Manage customer relations directly and provide advice to customers during the sales process. Handle calls and emails. Monitor product quality and manage returns. Follow up with clients. Support the sales manager. Your profile: Commercial employee CFC. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the sales department, in an insurance company, in a watchmaking company, or in an industry. French speaker with excellent knowledge of German (oral and good written skills).
