Sales Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support our Key Accounts Sales Manager in managing one of our most important retail partners. In this role, you'll be at the center of sales operations—handling documentation, coordinating merchandising activities, monitoring returns, and ensuring smooth delivery and collection processes.

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day sales, merchandising, and administrative operations for SM Markets
• Monitor and process weekly Return-to-Vendor (RTV) pull-outs via SM Portal
• Track, reconcile, and validate POs, DRs, and GRs to ensure accurate deliveries
• Prepare weekly and monthly collection and reconciliation reports
• Coordinate closely with the Merchandising Roving Coordinator for inventory movement and documentation
