Summary:

Generate customer interest and provide sales leads for new or used vehicles at a profit to the dealership, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Help to meet dealership sales goals.
  • Greets customer and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
  • Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on demonstration drive.
  • Assist with test drives (including verifying licenses and prepping vehicles)
  • Assist in preparing sales quotes or deals
  • Help sales staff with paperwork and documentation
  • Support the delivery process (vehicle walk-throughs, basic feature explanations)
