Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for sales-related inquiries from various channels
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate service appointments with clients
• Receive, qualify, and follow up on inbound leads in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate client requests and ensure proper endorsement to concerned departments
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners
• Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Support sales initiatives and revenue-generating activities
• Ensure excellent customer service and consistent communication with clients
• Monitor inquiry status and ensure issues or concerns are addressed promptly
• Perform other sales-related tasks as may be assigned
