Sales Assistant

We're looking for a Sales Assistant to manage inbound lead flow, qualify prospects against our Ideal Client Profile (ICP), book calls for closers, and maintain CRM accuracy.
This is a non-closing role focused on lead engagement, qualification, scheduling, and reporting. It's ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with business owners.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Flow Management & Qualification
Monitor inbound leads across all channels (paid ads, forms, email, etc.)
Ensure rapid first response to all new leads
Qualify leads based on V8's Ideal Client Profile (ICP) criteria (budget, business type, readiness)
Disqualify or park poor-fit leads appropriately in the CRM
Appointment Setting & Calendar Management
Book qualified leads into sales calls with designated closers
Manage closers' calendars to ensure optimal availability and spacing
Reduce no-shows through confirmation and reminder workflows
