Sales Assistant Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
• With at least 2 years or more work experience in the same field.
• Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams or Zoom).
• Must have excellent communication skills in English and Filipino language, both written and verbal.
• Must have planning and multi-tasking skills.
• Motivated and is able to inspire others and take charge when work needs to be done.

Job Responsibilities:

• Acts as Customer Representative (CuR) to implement sales activities like client meetings and follow-ups, sales report preparation, analysis and documentation.
• Lead and motivate Sales Team to achieve goals and targets.
• Monitors performance metrics (KPI).
• Closely collaborates with manufacturing/production and related processes to meet customer requirements.
