Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Client Coordination
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls; respond to client inquiries; verify job requirements; create and manage job listings; coordinate and schedule client meetings, interviews, and internal discussions.
_ CRM & Data Management_
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, lead, and job records in the CRM system; track lead progress and document outcomes.
_ Reporting & Sales Tracking_
Support the preparation of sales reports; monitor pipeline activity; track performance metrics and updates.
Administrative & Operational Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team; manage email correspondence, reminders, and follow-ups; organize digital folders, sales trackers, and reference materials; ensure all sales documentation is properly filed and accessible.
