Sales Assistant/Business Development Representative

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to qualify inbound leads, enrich prospect data, and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team. This role is key to connecting marketing efforts with revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns using defined scoring and buyer personas.
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to assess needs and interest.
Enrich and validate lead data (firmographic, demographic, technographic).
Route leads accurately by territory, business unit, and sales owner.
Track activities and performance metrics using Salesforce, Pardot, , and
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to optimize lead quality and conversion.
Qualifications
