Job description:

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Development Manager in a fast-paced commercial finance office, ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.
2. Maintain and update prospect databases, prepare and distribute marketing mailers, and assemble professional prospect and client packages.
3. Serve as liaison between sales and operations teams to coordinate documentation, track deal progress, and ensure timely follow-up.
4. Conduct follow-up calls and light client outreach while delivering exceptional bilingual customer service and responding to inquiries promptly.
