Sales Associate for Hardware

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned area using the 5S methodology.
• Ensure proper and accurate item display using FIFO and implement the 3Bs merchandising (Boutique, Bazaar, Bargain).
• Assist customers by answering inquiries, recommending products, and applying selling techniques (Upselling, Suggestive Selling, Cross-Selling).
• Monitor inventory movement, report fast/slow-moving and damaged items, and coordinate for stock replenishment.
• Ensure price tag accuracy and visibility at all times.
• Observe health, safety, and hygiene protocols especially in Fresh and Frozen sections.
• Promote and explain promotional items and assist in implementing marketing activities.
• Adhere to punctuality and participate in daily huddles and briefings.
• Collaborate with team members and promptly escalate operational concerns to Senior Sales Associate or Supervisor.
