About the role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at GREAT HARVEST COMMODITIES PH,INC.' in Iloilo City, Iloilo. As a full-time Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with merchandising and inventory, and contributing to the overall success of our retail store.

What you'll be doing

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Respond to customer inquiries and help them find the products they need
3. Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments accurately
4. Restock and merchandise products to maintain an organised and visually appealing store
5. Perform basic inventory management tasks, such as checking stock levels and reporting discrepancies
6. Maintain a clean and tidy store environment
7. Contribute to the overall team effort and support your colleagues as needed
