POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to be part of our expanding retail team. This position focuses on delivering excellent customer service, presenting products effectively, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. The Sales Associate will also support daily store operations while working toward individual and team sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• One (1) to two (2) years of experience in retail sales (required).
• Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Experience with online selling or live selling platforms is an advantage.
