Sales Associate in Robinsons General Trias

QUALIFICATIONS

• One (1) to two (2) years of retail sales experience (required).
• Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Experience in online selling or live selling platforms is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products by clearly explaining features, benefits, and pricing.
• Accurately process sales transactions through the POS system and handle payments according to company policies.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise, and ensure proper pricing, promotions, and store standards are maintained.
