Sales Associate

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented *Sales Associate* to promote our IT training programs, convert leads into enrollments, and achieve monthly sales targets.
No degree required, strong sales skills and discipline are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert leads into student enrollments
Promote IT courses via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
Maintain follow-ups and sales records
Achieve monthly targets and milestones
Ensure professional conduct and discipline
Commission & Bonus Structure:
Milestone 1 (1–10 students): 15% commission + PKR 80,000 bonus
Milestone 2 (11–25 students): 16% commission + PKR 100,000 bonus
Bonus Milestone: 30 students in one month = extra PKR 100,000
(All commissions apply as per milestones)
Requirements:
Proven sales experience (education sales preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven mindset
