JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in BPO Industry is an advantage
• Must be adept to work independently and/or under pressure, organized, results-oriented & with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possesses a can-do, entrepreneurial, collaborative, and solutions-oriented attitude.
• Proficient in selling and negotiation skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible in handling sales deals, developing new markets and providing presentation to potential clients and/or institution
• Conduct regular sales coverage in assigned area to maintain existing clients and develop new accounts
• Provides feedback on the changing market conditions and trends in the competition
