Sales Associate

We are seeking a proactive Sales Associate who will handle client accounts, manage inbound and outbound calls, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to manage client accounts and inquiries.

• Present products and services to potential clients over the phone or via email.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients.

• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and client satisfaction.
