Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, generating sales, and managing both walk-in and online inquiries . This role includes handling orders of tarpaulin printing, direct-to-film (DTF) t-shirt printing, and sublimation printing, as well as managing the Shopee Seller Account to support online sales growth.

• Assists walk-in and online customers with printing needs and product selection
• Accurately receive and review customer designs and printing specifications
• Coordinate with the printing team to ensure correct printing details and timelines
• Monitor order status and provide updates to customers
• Ensure completed orders meet quality standards before release
• Record daily sales transactions
• Manage Shopee Seller Account by responding to inquiries and processing orders
