Job Description:

Sales & Customer Engagement

Ø Greet, engage, and build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Ø Conduct daily client follow-ups through phone calls and maintain a detailed call activity log.

Ø Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions (e.g., printers, consumables, peripherals).

Ø Conduct product presentations, demos, and provide accurate information on features, pricing, promotions, and warranties.

Ø Prepare and follow up on quotations, close sales, and achieve assigned sales targets.
